1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using "Lingo" (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you
disagree, please stop using the App and uninstall it.
2. Service Description
Free version:
- Local translation (33 languages)
- Local chat (multi-panel)
- Fully offline
Pro version (paid):
- Unlock the "cloud channel" feature (connect your own API Key)
- AI speaking tutor
- Local / cloud auto-switch
3. Cloud Service Notice (IMPORTANT)
The Pro version provides a "cloud connection" feature, but we do NOT provide cloud API Keys, cloud quota,
proxy, or resale of any cloud service.
- You must register and purchase an API Key from a third-party provider (e.g. DeepSeek / OpenAI /
Alibaba Cloud) yourself.
- Cloud usage fees are billed by the provider directly to you.
- We are not responsible for the availability, stability, or accuracy of third-party services.
- You must comply with the third-party provider's terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose.
- Reverse-engineer, crack, or decompile the App.
- Resell, sublease, or redistribute the App.
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Safeguard your API Key yourself.
5. Disclaimer
- AI translation and generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Translation, chat, and
tutoring content is for reference only and must NOT be used for legal, medical, or financial
decisions.
- The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- The developer is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from use of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
- All code, UI, and icons of the App belong to Thunderwing.pro.
- Open-source components follow their respective licenses (see "Open Source Licenses" page).
- Text you translate using the App belongs to you.
7. Service Changes and Termination
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate any feature at any time.
- If you violate these Terms, we may terminate your access.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved
through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, submit to the court at the developer's location.
